Q: what are the dimension of the screws that come with the shelf to mount the accessories? And where can I order some?

Screw come with this product are M4 and M5.

Q: Does it come with all the screws and spacers shown in the video?

Yes, but they aren’t very long. I had to buy longer ones. I believe they are 16mm M4(might be shorter, I don’t remember). I needed 20mm, but that’s mostly because of my monitor having a recessed vesa mount area. Also yes it includes little plastic ring spacers

Q: monwill this fit 32inch monitor/tv size?

Yes I have it on a 44” monitor and it works. As long as the monitor has VESA spaced mounting holes it will fit.
