Description

The Bosch Freak is half driver, half wrench, all impact. The GDX18V-1860C-RT two-in-one 1/4-in. and 1/2 in. The bit/socket impact driver delivers results, with the two-in-one bit/socket drive offering a 1/4-inch drive. Quick change hex shank for drill bits and 1/2 in. square unit for sockets. The two-in-one bit/socket unit increases both convenience and power. Bits can conveniently stay inserted when using deep sockets, and more torque is transferred directly through the 1/2-inch. square drive anvil. No more torque loss through plug adapters or broken plug adapters. The impact driver's efficient and powerful brushless motor produces up to 1860 in.-lbs. of torque and 0 - 4200 impacts per minute. In addition to three speed/torque settings, this impact driver also features special modes to prevent damage to the workpiece and fastener. Presets include modes for self-drilling metal screws and wood screws. Additional modes and customizations for specific screws and materials can be configured and saved to the tool via the Bosch Toolbox app (connectivity module sold separately). In reverse, with bolt mode enabled, automatic bolt release stops rotation when there is no load on the tool to prevent accidentally dropped bolts and nuts during removal. In addition to customizing settings and modes, connectivity (module sold separately), provides tool-specific feedback and information. Variable speed trigger provides precise driving speed.
