Haven’t had neck or back pain since using
It’s hard to gauge pillows when ordering online. But these are a winner. I use to wake up atleast once or twice a week with neck or shoulder pain. Haven’t had any pain since I changed out our pillows to these. So soft. Hold shape and very supportive. I also changed my kids pillows out with these as well, they love them and seem to be sleeping more sound throughout the night
