I have tried a variety of postnatal vitamins this past year. I even spent a fortune on organic vitamins which are sourced from food and not lab created forms (which 99% of vitamins are). I also tried other powder forms of postnatal vitamins that cost much more and had more supplements for breastfeeding...After trying all these different brands for a year I came back to Milkies. They are affordable and I can feel and see the difference. The extra biotin is a must for sure! These work great! Been reordering a few times already. Compared to other brands I've tried before it does seem to boost my milk supply. Baby happily nursing at 9 months

Not sure if they really did help. I took these for a month& the 1st week of taking them slowed down my production, and nothing else had changed from my diet/ routine when i noticed this, but I kept with it to not waste them& I went back to "normal" after but no significant change( I wasn't producing more than before i started taking them). The ingredients listed don't indicate anything outside from a regular multivitamin like some kind of herb that increases lactation. For the price they were fine, but wouldn't rely on these as they're promoted.

I have tried over six different lacation support supplements in my attempt to keep my nine month old exclusively breastfed and I can say, without a doubt, that this is by far the BEST! After just a couple days of taking this product my milk production had noticeably doubled if not tripled in amount! I now have a freezer full of backup milk supply and I no longer am worried about if my baby is getting enough when nursing from either breast. This supplement has also made it possible to continue nursing through menstruation, as I was having little to no milk output while on my period before finding this product. I don’t rarely write reviews on anything, but I had to do one on this product! Instead of my usual prenatal vitamins, I decided to look for postnatal vitamins so I can get supplements I need that I normal don’t get much during my daily diet and also wanting to produce more milk. This product is amazing, I can’t express it more than enough, within the one day I took this vitamin it help me produce more milk. I went from pumping only 3oz of milk after a feeding to now anywhere from 9-12oz. The taste of it is bearable and good thing they are not horse pill size, lol…. wish it was only 1 capsule a day though because I am not one that likes to take any pills. In fact I am going to order another bottle just in case they go out of stock. Recommended Product!

Didn't do much for me! my milk supply got worst than before I start to use these,and then energy wise it doesn't seems to helped either.

I like this product because it’s a once a day supplement. After a week of taking, I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.After starting a second bottle, immediately I have experienced nausea and vomiting after taking the recommended dose every time.

All I have to say is I am truly impressed with this vitamin. I have tried all the home remedies and tricks (oatmeal, electrolytes, mineral water, milk tea, juices, etc). I love the fact that I don’t need to eat so much or stress over my lack of supply anymore. These vitamins work wonders!I went from pumping 1oz to over 5oz in less than 48 hours. My baby is happy and that makes me a happy mama.NOTE: Others stated bad taste, but there is no taste, so not sure what they mean. No negative comments from me. I am very happy with my purchase.
