Q: What PSI is this supposed to run at?

I've ran it at a low psi and it sounds good. I've put 90psi to it aswell bellows like no other. But I wouldn't run it over 90. Seems like it's limit.

Q: Where do you hook up the line coming from the compressor I don't see no fitting

I installed a t- fitting on a pressure relief valve port, ran the air hose to trumpets on one side and installed the pressure relief on the other side.

Q: what is the solenoid in the middle for? Is that a small compressor or do I hook up an air hose to the middle piece?

It's a solenoid not a compressor you hook the airline from a onboard air compressor up to it. But I suggest looking at other horns these are not that great I returned them because they are not loud and are a high pitched sound and ne louder than a regular car horn
