Just like the curtain tape that IKEA discontinued
I'm so glad to have found a source for this great curtain tape since IKEA discontinued it. It works perfectly with my favorite hooks from IKEA. I really appreciate being able to get it in a longer length. Just what I needed for my latest curtain project.

Good for Curtain Hooks
I used this and sewed it onto a pre-made rod pocket Curtarra curtains to make it usable for roller hooks for Amazon’s Room Dividers Now curtain track (which is awesome, I’ve used that for 6 windows). I spaced it so the curtains would cover the track itself as much as possible and stitched it right over the existing stitching by back pinning (no extra stitch line as the spacing worked out perfectly). There is a tab back on there, which skips a couple loops for hooking but, it’s only like 3/4 inch or so, so it doesn’t throw off your spacing too much at every so interval. I just alternate close and far for every other one when it’s kind of in the middle of it.As others have said, the back tab is made up of pretty flimsy strings - good curtains have separate self fabric sewn on the header but for a quick and cheap job for tab backs, this does the trick. It gets stuck on the intersections of adjustable curtains, to fix that, you can get a single length of curtain rod cut to custom size, or tape thin stretchy tape over that area on the rod.I didn’t use the pinch pleat cord feature for the curtains; but it does draw very smoothly and makes it easy to space your pleats out.For my application, it wasn’t needed so i snipped the cords and pulled them out so it wouldn’t get caught on my roller hooks. This is a very good replacement for IKEA Kronil, it’s a tiny bit heavier in weight andhas the added feature of the cord for pinch pleating. This is a better value and less waste because it’s a continuous roll.

Sturdy and Easy to Sew On
I used this nice quality tape on the back of heavier fabric to make French Pleat Curtains from painters canvases. I love how inexpensive it was and such good quality materials. The smaller loops mean my pins stay secure in the tape once they are inserted and hanging. Applying the tape required only a simple straight stitch on either side and it provided good weight and structure to hold the french pleats in this heavy fabric. Exactly what I hoped for and I got nice looking curtains so inexpensively!

Good dupe for IKEA curtain pleaters
Purchased this for the flexible hanging options, as it seemed like a dupe for the pleater tape that IKEA uses for their curtains. It works well with the IKEA brand curtain hooks for their Vigda curtain track. I only wish that the pleater hooks were continuous through the fibrous section so that could be removed if I needed to place a hook there. Otherwise a pretty flexible product with a variety of installation options once sewn into a curtain.

Just what I wanted! Great price
Needed this to transform new curtains into pleated curtains as they had box loops only. It can be stuck with iron-on I think. But I stitched it & it looks great!!
