Bought this to be able to have for my daddy when he comes to visit. Although he is very healthy and can do a lot of things on his own - Thank GOD, he is starting to get older and gets a little more tired sooner. So bought this to make it easier for him to take a good shower and not get tired of standing so fast. Great Buy. This was very easy to assemble- and it is very sturdy in the shower. This has been such a great product in durability, and perfect in size that we have just left it in our shower and both my wife and I use it to make showers more pleasant and comfortable. Does not slip and move when twisting and turning in the chair, and on the chair itself has a non-slip mat to sit on so that it makes for a more sturdy sit when taking a shower. I purchased this shower chair in preperation for abdominal surgery.It was easy to assemble and came with clear instructions.It fits great in my walk in shower and is light weight enough to remove if needed. The chair is durable and the pad on the seat makes it more comfortable and reduces the risk of sliding off the seat.The clip for your hand held shower was nice so I didn't have to stand up a lot.The price is good and there was a $10 off coupon when I purchased mine.I am a home health worker and will recommend this chair to my patients.

It’s sturdy, I’m a voluptuous girl so I feel safe sitting on it and it’s roomy for my hips, it’s not a heavy chair so it’s easily moved I’m very happy with my chair.

I can see that this is a high-quality product and is quite sturdy. The cross-bracing is great and provides additional confidence that the legs won't splay out when used by a heavy person. Good instructions, and they also provide some extra hardware if needed. It takes some time to assemble, but it is designed quite well, and the assembly went smoothly. So I rate the sturdiness as high, I have no concerns over the seat or legs collapsing on the floor at all.My only concern is that it could easily topple over when used for heavy/bariatric patients, particularly if trying to transfer from a wheelchair to this chair and the shower floor is wet. I realize this is not considered a shower transfer bench, it is instead a shower chair. Nonetheless, I feel the seat needs to be wider and deeper, and the legs should be spread out more for bariatric use, which is how this product is being advertised. For that reason, I'm rating the STABILITY as low.Overall, this may be a great chair for lighter patients, high quality design and materials, but the toppling concern makes me wary of using this for bariatric patients.

This has been a life saver to be able to take a shower with my broken leg! It’s sturdy , it’s wide, it’s easy to put in and out of the shower. Love this!! Price wasn’t bad good!

Very sturdy and easy to assemble.I'm a large person and I feel comfortable and secure using this. It takes a little while to put it all together, maybe 45 minutes, but it is well made and very secure.

It’s very easy to assemble good instructions. Very sturdy. I would highly recommend this shower chair. I shopped around at medical supply stores. Their chairs were wobbly. I’m glad I found this shower chair as I’m very pleased.
