After 1 month of usage I am writing the review this company Chimney is great at this price range....touch is working properly with proper detection,with very less noise level and easy to clean also installation team was very active and good.

Pathetic after sale service.
My chimney stopped working twice within warranty period. The first instance was resolved but for the 2nd time I have been calling and requesting their customer care no. for nearly a month but all I am getting is false promises of getting my chimney fixed on the next day. After repeated complaints they have been providing contact nos. of Dimapur and Guwahati service centres while my location is Imphal. This is pathetic after sale service from Faber. And about their claim of being a silent chimney, I can assure you that having a conversation in the kitchen while it's on is impossible because of the loud noise. After 3 months of agonising wait and repeated reminders I finally got my chimney fixed, not through the help of Faber or Amazon's customer support but by local technician. The product is still under warranty. Thank you Faber hats off to your customer support and maybe it's time to delete Amazon account as well.
