These are not Slow- Blow or T160 ma L 250V as listed in the title, and they are definitely not explosion proof.

CORRECTLY labeled and rated fuses
They work, they're the right size for the oddly sized fuse holder in the Uher power adapter I'm using, they're the right rating, and they blow at the right current. Recommended.
