I have a background in strength and conditioning and have sat though “teachings” on the best foam rollers. However, I’m cheap, but still picky. Quality and reviews seemed well enough for me to try this with the price, I was not disappointed. Gives just enough firmness that doesn’t feel like a rock. Able to get it where I need it and works so well. A good width to use as an exercise source (squeeze between my knees or knees and elbows for core movements)! However, it was a little longer than I personally prefer, but that’s great for gym owners! More bank for your buck, just cut it in half and now you have two!!

This foam roller is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. It’s firm enough to really work out sore muscles but still comfortable to use, and it holds its shape well without denting. Well worth the money. The material is great for stretching out my back. I get pops and cracks and great relief when using after workouts. For me personally I find it the right support and firmness soft enough to not hurt, and firm enough to get the job done. You can decide how much pressure you want with how much weight you focus and allow. For sore areas and knots you can take some pressure off and gradually ease it over. I feel much better after using it and don’t walk around with back pain feeling like in needs adjusted. It’s like your personal chiropractor at home and for a great price! I got the 24 ft and I like the size. Its big enough to do the whole body without having to balance when laying down, and easy to store. 5 stars and recommend for anyone, looking for back relief especially, after workouts or in general after a day at work!

Have always used the long version of this. If you want something shorter, I find this is just as effective and more of a space-saver.

Don’t give up on this roller!! It’s very awkward at first and uncomfortable. A masseuse recommended it to me for posture improvement/strength. After sitting at a computer for the majority of my career, my back began to lose strength and gain pain between my shoulder blades. This simple roller was very uncomfortable for me to use at first but I have tried it a few minutes each day and it is working. I have become comfortable which has allowed me to relax into the position, that really helps open the chest and stretch muscles that have weakened causing pain. I highly recommend it, wish I would have thought of it :) and want to say don’t give up on it or throw it into the other pile of remedies you may have purchased like me. It’s simple construction is worth it because it works.

Not very comfortable. It is very light and feels rather cheap, but gets the job done. I was a little disappointed that it was so firm, but you get what you pay for. I would consider going for something more high quality next time.

A good quality and firm foam roll. Perfect for yoga and physio. Long enough to lay on with your head and butt on it.

It's light do you might think it will get squished when you use but actually very sturdy.

Some people said it's too firm. And Yes it is firm. But it's a foam roller I think it should be firm to not only add longevity, but to really do a good job. I had another one that was not as firm and after 2 years its pretty much useless since it can't support any weight. This was a great improvement for a great price. I use this almost every day, and at 24" it's perfect for me
