I bought a lamp on here that was damaged. Got a replacement and it was damaged, too. Got this to fix the damaged part. Never worked on a lamp before but it went OK and the lamp works fine.

I needed this part for a lamp. It did what it was intended for. I knocked off two stars because one of the parts was broken and unusable. Luckily I only needed one however I paid for two.

I don’t think I will purchase this item again. Once you connect your terminals and put it together with the housing it is locked and I was unable to redo my wiring. I am making lamps and experimenting with different attachments and this one just isn’t as flexible for reuse.

The product is nice and of good quality. However, it didn't come with any dire tions or instructions. I put it together to familiarize myself with it and to see how it goes together. Not realizing that once I put it together, you can't take it back apart. So, I had it for 2 minutes and ruined it.....I guess. I don't know how to get it apart without breaking it do I can wire it. I little note warning me of that would have been nice. I had to order another one now. Kinda pissed. Update: I was able to push on the brass tab with a screwdriver and unscrew it. A forewarning would have been nice though. Product seems to be good quality.
