It works!!! Lmao I had really bad dry skin to the point my face was cracking, some redness, itching, badly and even hurting at some points...it was horrible... The cream like saved it tbh. Just needed a generous multiple applications for the first few days...now I use it like twice a day to keep my skin moisturised.... Sorry for the rant..
