I've been using this for two weeks now and I love it. It has improved my speed, agility, cardio, and more! This is a beginner reflex bag so it is amazing for anyone. If you are an intermediate you will still like it but if you are a professional boxer, know that this is an entry-level reflex bag.That being said, you would need to spend twice the amount of this bag to get a decent advanced reflex bag or import one so that is a hopeless option. There is something for everyone in this bag.Important Notes:1. Filling the water takes time so have a funnel and also, do not put it on an elevated part like a toilet because now you will not be able to take it out of that without a lot of help!2. Assembly is easy but the hole for the lock mechanism to adjust height is not easy to find and even though it will go inside, you would need to be absolutely sure to get this right. Otherwise the thread will go over months of use (It hasn't for me because I figured this out)3. The bag is silicone and this is not a bad thing because this means it won't deflate as air balls are not so great for prolonged use. The feel is less but this is not your girl friend so it should be ok.4. This works for anyone with any height so never think about this. I'm 6 feet tall and I can change it to be incredibly taller than me.5. After a few weeks of use, you will notice that the rod starts to make a noise and that's because you're punching a bag and abrasion causes the threads to loosen and this is normal. I got upset and gave a bad review so I'm editing it now. Here is the fix: Get some waste cloth and put it inside. There are two ways to do this. One is just by removing the upper rod and putting it which is the easiest part. The hardest and long term solution is to remove the entire piece and put the cloth from the back side so that it finds support when the rod keeps moving inside from one side to another. This fixes it and you can use it for a long time.As of now, there isn't a reflex bag that is available in India that you can buy from Amazon without breaking the bank that works decently. So this is good! Go for it!

Very nice product and very thankful for the good delivery... I hope "Newton" becomes my friend for the years to come. Need to reduce the price.
