Product is amazing!!

I have tried numerous vitamin D supplements after discovering I had low levels of D in my blood. This one is the only one that I have truly felt a difference with and it shows in my lab results! I also love that it includes K2 in it as it is needed when taking Vitamin D also love the shiitake mushrooms in it! A great supplement to boost vitamin D levels, increase fiber and improve gut microbiome health!!

I had my D levels tested about 2 years ago and got just a 28, so I began supplementing. Got it up to 48, which is good but I wanted it over 50. 6 weeks after switching to this product I tested at 81 and feel good!

This Vitamin D3 supplement is formulated as a comprehensive wellness capsule. Priced at $13.50 for 30 servings at the time of my order, with a serving size of one capsule, the monthly cost is reasonable. The formula includes the beneficial addition of Vitamin K2, along with a unique blend of prebiotic fiber and mushroom extracts. The D3 level is very high at 5,000 IUs (125 mcg), providing 625% of the daily value. Personally, I prefer supplements closer to the 100% range to avoid excessive dosages. The capsules themselves are rather large for a Vitamin D pill, which are typically much smaller, although I found them easy enough to swallow. On the positive side, they are vegan and kosher. Overall, they are a decent product, particularly if you are looking to combine high-dose Vitamin D, K2, and a mushroom blend into one capsule. However, because I prefer a lower D3 dose and smaller pill size, I don't anticipate reordering them.

This is the only item I've ever had on subscription with Amazon. I'm not sure what magic they use in this formula. But, it really works. I've recommended it to family and friends. I'm a huge fan!!!
