These fab they helped quite pricey but good ones on market you could always just cut out sugar and do a carnivore diet? It helps the same amount as taking these pills but do what you want to do . It is really useful and effective. Normal pill size and easy to take.

If I could give this product more than 5 stars I would, they have honestly changed my life! I was having so many issues with my gut health prior to taking these, such as painful cramps and bloating, unable to go to the loo etc which was making me feel awful and constantly exhausted. However, I’ve now been taking these daily for a couple of weeks and the difference is amazing. My bloating has gone, my cramps have gone, my entire gut seems to have regulated itself and I feel better than ever! They are so affordable compared to other products on the market, and I’ll absolutely be buying them every month. They’ve also all but resolved some issues I was having with intimate health too. Honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Apparently, there is always something better out there and maybe this item is a gimmick or maybe it works when used properly. I'm just putting that there as a warning that a one month supply is not appropriate enough time to reliably review a vitamin when these things take at least 2-3 months period to show any differential signs. With that being said the biotic blend is a water soluble and will start working within 2-3 days but will vary between person to person. Review: Initially, I got this due to having a greenish-yellow colouration to my mucous (YK what I mean but censorship probs won't allow it) but I have no signs of infection - STI/UTI - and have been experiencing this for at least a decade. Additionally, my period was late as in 34 days which is highly irregular for my cycle which got me worried in the first place and why I bought this item. I also don't take any medicine for my menstruation, never have. Side note: I'm not an active person - homebody and work part-time. I eat between 2-3 meals a day and I'm not s*xually active. I don't use body gel/lotion/or any chemicals down there as I believe it messes with your pH and natural cleaning factors and I daily wear new underwear and use liners when appropriate. This is just to show how environment might disrupt end results. It arrived the next day, packaged well and pristine. I consistently took the per capsule a-day recommendation before bed (so I didn't forget) and was taking this during my cycle that has just been. In the first few days I noticed an acidic smell which is normal but to me I never had it smelling like that before and then the smell left as I also noticed a reduction in the colouration and frequency of the mucous. Other than that, everything seemed normal. Despite the subtle signs of change, I have bought 2 more boxes because I do think that they are working but like I said in the beginning these things take time to show any real differences that YOU notice. The capsules are easy to swallow but I recommend gulping quickly as a taste in your mouth (mushroomy? Idk) begins to leak out - Idk if this affects it. Anyway, they don't upset my stomach nor leave me feeling nauseous. I will say that there is no sheet of information packaged within the box like you'd find in over the counter medicine as majority of the useful information is labelled on the box. I might come back for an edit in a couple of months for an update but for now this is it, make what you will of my review and I apologise for the TMI but I believe I'm amongst friends here that will appreciate the honesty. EDIT: Four months later! I unintentionally stopped using this and I coincidentally was having urinary issues during the weeks leading up to my period. Fortunately, everything is fine but I haven't since had any problems after having stopped taking these. I don't know if it was a placebo effect but discharge colouration according to my medical record is in the all clear and normal to me. I have had two periods since my initial problem began and have not noticed anything different. I think these are just one of those things that mildly make things better.

UPDATE: I’m on the second sheet in the first packet (so just under a month of taking?) and have just finished my first contraceptive pill break since I started taking these. SOMEONE CALL SOMEONE THESE ARE WORKING. This is the first time I finish a pill break without running for a Canesten. Not even a tingle. I genuinely cannot believe it. Nothing has ever worked, but also nothing else has changed apart from taking these. I’ve still been stressed, I still have health issues, but here I am not buying Canesten. Even had alcohol last night, that normally would have set me right off, but nope. All in all I can tell things have been more stable. MASSIVE YES FROM ME I am absolutely over the moon!! Updated from 4 to 5 stars and would give more if I could. ——— It's a bit early to fully say whether this is working, I've only been taking it for a week but I have begun to notice more "stability" in what is happening. I chose to try this product because I am on multiple types of hormonal contraception which is wreaking havoc on my hormones, particularly after any cycle breaks. As a result everything's always a bit out of whack. Sadly until some other health issues are handled I cannot go off all hormonal contraception so I'm on the lookout for solutions. I think this might be the way, but arguably as is the case with these types of supplements, you have to give it a while to kick in. I'll try to remember to update my review once I've finished the first pack to see where I'm at, but I'm feeling optimistic. I've tried some other variants of these types of supplements and they have activated my psoriasis which was infuriating. So far, no skin protest and I love that they're flavourless.
