I don’t usually like taking traditional cold medicine because it leaves me with a stomach ache or that weird groggy feeling, but this is a great natural option that’s actually effective. No side effects, and they even taste good so I don’t mind taking them. The key is to already have them on hand, because if you start at the very first sign of a sniffle, that’s when they work best. Perfect for traveling with to keep from getting sick
I appreciated these cold calms on the go for when we were traveling. Easy to use and pack. I like that it’s a two pack so my husband and I could each have our own to use while traveling as a preventative to getting sick. They must have helped because neither of us got sick so I highly recommend.
