I was very pleasantly surprised by these earring backs. At first I thought they were a bit pricey for 4 small metal discs, but they actually do work! I could not find backs for my studs that were comfortable and held the stones in the right position on my lobes. Even the 14k large backs I got from my jeweler were not comfortable and had to be pushed into my lobe so far that my ears turned red. These little discs are awesome! They are small but mighty, comfortable and secure. My stones shine brightly and are perfectly held up in the center of my lobe. I am one happy customer!

These backs work great! I have diamond earrings that made my ear lobes sag. These backs are fabulous! No more sagging! Buy them!

These are amazing !! So happy I found these on here; they look fire from the back of my ear when I pull my hair up. They don’t feel cheap and it fits perfectly into my studs… making them appear embedded into my ear lobes which is exactly what I wanted! It’s not uncomfortable at all which is a huge plus! If I don’t forget, I may take some pics later. A++++++++!!

Best post stabilizer I have found. Keeps your earing holding perfectly in place as they act as a counterweight. Allows enough room for your original backs to fit as well although not needed. The backs will hold earings in place without using a normal post back.

When I open the package and saw that they were so small, I was sure they would never work. I have a pair of very heavy earrings and they work great! I have short hair, so I appreciate how small they are. AWESOME!
