I'm on my second bottle. I went somewhere and got sushi. I went crazy over the soy sauce that came with it. It was a little packet. I noted the brand and went on the hunt. This was the only place I found it. I feel like once you use dark soy, you really only want that. And since I had this brand in that packet, I knew it would be good. It's unami and not too salty. Regular soy is good but it's almost night and day. This is the caviar of soy sauces. I use it mostly for snacks. My favorite is this with cucumber. I haven't used it at high Temps, but I only imagine it would be even better than regular soy sauce. And the brand is chef's kiss.
