Not only is this book really great to look through and read and has such beautiful inspiring pictures, but it also looks gorgeous on display in our home.

Lovely book! Beautiful photography that captures McAlpine's exquisite talent. High quality prints and paper from beginning to end. Includes some sketches that allow the reader a glimpse of the project in the planning stages. I highly recommend this to anyone that appreciates architecture and home design.

Love the inspirational pictures. Great read. Great description and emotion of elements used in building these homes.

Beautiful Book. The photography is breath-taking but the pictures have no captions. The narrative is pretentious and hard to follow.

I have always been a HUGE fan of this architect and when I saw he had a book, I was so excited! It is easily one of my favorites and did not disappoint.

This is a gorgeous book. I will savour reading and gushing over the beautiful pictures. Plus the architectural information is also interesting.

I was truly looking forward to reading details about the different projects. Although the pictures are beautiful, it is lacking in dialogue.
