I have been searching for and researching MANY products and I read the many benefits that Apple Cider Vinegar provides, but I absolutely despised the taste. I’ve been taking this product for almost a month now and I can honestly say I’m starting to see & feel a difference. My belly fat and puffiness have reduced greatly. My only complaint is that I get a mild/moderate pain in my chest. I don’t think it’s severe enough to stop taking it though, lol...it is working at melting the fat!

***updated*** had a small issue with my order and customer service is top-notch! This will be my second bottle, while I can’t tell if it actually works vs me taking the vitamins and assuming it helps, I do feel like it assists me with bloating. I don’t care about the smell, it has no affect on me. I struggle with a slow metabolism and severe bloating, almost 34 year old woman. I try to take these consistently but do fall off slightly as my day is very out of the norm, I work 12-15 hours overnight. My day starts around 1p but first meals or snacks usually aren’t eaten until closer to 7pm, so I will occasionally take both at the same time, or I will take one and forget, or I’ll take one and be scared to take the other as it’s become the following day and I don’t want to accidentally take 3 in a 24 hour period type of situation. I do suggest trying this out, I haven’t had any bad side affects from it, and I do feel like it at least helps me with bloating if nothing else. I’ve also been eating better and working out so my weight is very slowly declining, but I can’t say how much of that is from these. Don’t expect to take these and immediately start losing weight. I also feel like one Inconsistent bottle as I’ve taken it really isn’t a full appropriate judgement on if it actually works or not. But again, my bloating and discomfort is SO much better.

These are the best apple cider vinegar capsules. I've tried 2 others but this has worked the best. The softgels are easy to take and my appetite is suppressed throughout the day. I just take it in the morning with a glass of water. I been exercising regularly and watching what I eat but this has really kick started my diet. I loved it so much I have been telling my family and friends to start taking it. So far everyone has been thrilled with the results. And best part is there is no more bad taste with all the great benefits of apple cider.

Was hesitant to make the purchase but decided to give them a try. I am NOT a very observant person. I did NOT notice anything in the beginning after taking the capsules. HOWEVER, after some time had passed, I DID notice that my stomach area DID indeed shrink some. Not sure about the other benefits others mentioned. The only benefit I was hoping for was my belly area to shrink and it did. There is ZERO taste. Easy to SWALLOW although can't the capsule size be SMALLER? I can not tell you if the other benefits are true or not. If you are reading the comments for this product, I would most definitely give them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.
