Product is excellent. it was a comfortable dealing with the vendor. over all it was an excellent experiance. No complaint at all

This is my preferred approach for making clear ice using the directional freezing method. No complaints.

I have mixed feelings. I like it that it is portable and for taking freezes or bringing things from the supermarket it is ok. But if you are out for some hours when you open it, the freezes, ice packs and/or ice have melted and things loke huice or cans feel just cool.
