Grip slips but very good for hanging leg raises
I am used to using straps, this is strong but the grip is impossible to cover and I have average size hands. Best use for me to hang for leg raises other than that having stabilising issues because I am unable to grip the bar with this on and the bar slips with its own material

متين وقوي ولكن ليس عملي في بعض التمارين ، حيث ان حجمه الكبير والمتسع لا يسمح لقبضة اليد بالتحكم الكامل والسيطره في اداء التمرين.

Poor Product
Terrible product and does not even allow proper support. Buyers should stick to lifting straps and not hooks in general.
