Not okay for running
Pros: 1. Made of lycra. very light weight fabric 2. Pocket size is good 3. Fits well Cons: 1. Bought it for running. But it is not giving proper ventilation. I feel a lot of heat in the shorts area while running. Did not find it okay for running. 2. Post running cool down: it is restricting free leg movements. Not fit for stretches also. Overall, it is not serving my running purpose.
