I was gifted this item by a good friend that knows I’m a fan of cooking. I was NOT disappointed!! This stuff is amazing and has great flavor. Without all the garbage like MSG, artificial colors and GMO’s. After trying it you will definitely replace some of its competitor spices and seasonings you might have in your spice rack.

It’s fresh and you can taste the difference comparing to Goya or other seasonings which have high sodium. It has way less salt so it will taste differently it doesn’t take away the decent flavor it's good if you’d like to switch for health reasons. (Aka less salt) and other byproducts that are bad for you.The sofrito is fine but it’s better to make it instead. If not then it’s okay it taste fresh as well.

I cook with these on the regular & purchased for friends who also can’t stop using Maya’s spices. I especially love the healthy component. I’m off to restock ! Gracias
