Was bought as a present.was only used several times,then stopped working.shame it was a good item can't seem to get in contact with seller

I bought this item used it once, it was brilliant kept warm whilst work from home.The second time I used it, plugged it in and it went lol and I couldn't get it to work again.Very disappointed

I have been very uncomfortable with my cold 🥶 flat as the gas supply is somehow not reliable whikst I pay double to SSE . I am working from home and wearing triple layers of leggings and wool and a cashmere sweater , tights and socks plus two other sweaters ! It didn’t resolve my coldness even with my budget allocations for the warm clothes with a strong determination for comfort and health . Eventually I was unwell every two days and started suffering from my back pain since I tried to be active to hover my flat to fight against infection & pollution ! This came to my flat and since then , I can even wear one layer of leggings and top . My back is so comfortable as if massaged during my work seated at my chair and I now have been released from my miserable 😭 state of pains and coldness !!9p per hour for electricity ⚡️ fees are attractive and this is better than my electric blanket of same brand . It seems to stimulate my blood circulation well and I feel healthier with stronger immune system ! I got recovered from my flu and back pain within two days use ! I am very happy for this purchase ! Worth trying this ! This keeps shoulder warm too .

I am using this product to directly heat myself up and to try and save money on not heating an entire room with my wall mounted electric heaters.This is a brilliant product. I already own a heat pad from a different manufacturer designed for your lower back, and it performs perfectly. I wrote a review on it. I bought this because I wanted to see if heating my entire back and neck would make a difference. ( This product heats your entire back and neck and also a little bit of your upper chest ).This product distributes the heat mostly evenly from my lower back to my neck. The heat seems stronger at my upper back and neck. There is also good heat on my lower back.The other heat pad I bought for my lower back concentrates the heat very strongly in the lower back area but 'this product' spreads the heat over a wider area but with less intensity. Both products use similar wattage. This heat pad uses about 20w more than a dedicated lower back heat pad. I measured it using 106w on the maximum setting. It uses less power on the other lower settings.The build quality of this heat pad is very good. The material seems good quality and the stitching is well done. The controller seems robust and is simple to use.ConclusionIf I had to choose between my original lower back heat pad and this heat pad, I would choose this one. It is more effective at keeping my entire back warm. In my personal experience, If my back is warm it makes my entire body feel warmer.

This product looked like it would be ideal for my wife’s stiff shoulders. The wrap was lovely and soft but the plug in controls were cheap and poorly made. The on / off switch did not work after 10 minutes. Despite trying all the instructions, like wait 3 seconds. We could not get it to turn on at all. Rubbish quality.

I have back and knee problems and so use this if either are aching, and it certainly relaxes the muscles and eases the pain. It is easy to use, with 6 different heat settings, and l like the fact that it also wraps around the neck if my shoulders are aching. I thought it was excellent value for money.

Heated up quickly and seemed good for first few uses. Stopped working after 5 uses and doesn't seem to be anyway of getting it replaced without buying a new one. Definitely will not buy again.
