I have severe constipation, specially after the iron infusion even worse. I tried different things to relieve constipation. Ex, miralax, colace, citrucel, senna, ametiza, magnesium citrate. They don’t work for me. Even taking huge amount of bisacodyl, it does not work. And chemicals have a lot of side effects.After consulting with my GI doctor, I try triphala. I spend a lot of time to do some research about different brands triphala in the market and chose this one.In the morning, taking Linzess at the empty stomach. After the meals, 1 capsule triphala, twice daily. And drinking warm prune juice every evening.Even having severe constipation, it works pretty good.P.S. it won’t happen right away, it takes around a week. Since triphala is a herbal medication, it takes some time to take an effect.

I think Triphala just don’t work for me but this product is good.
