Don't even need to wash it
Excellent pan. I've been cooking steaks, sausages and eggs in my pan and just wipe it out with a paper towel. Live this

Premium Traditional Pan's NOT Carbon Nonstick but NO Glass Lids.
The surface is rough like Lodge cast Iron. Not sure this lends itself to enough nonstick for an omeletsI am trying to find glass covers that fit these pans 8, 10, 12” but no joy. My experience is that you really need a lid that matches the vendors pans. Slight variations cause lid to be too small or too big.My look online suggests this is going to be hard, I really don’t want to order a bunch of lids and return the ones that don’t fit.Universal lids do not fit tight and you can’t food without glass lid or peaking underneath. We’ll see if my rating changes. I wish lid manufacturers provided more details to help me chose the right lid.A heads up. There are TWO styles of nonstick pans. Premium Nonstick with “traditional”nonstick coating that have received - then there is the Carbon Non-Stick pan that is basically a pre coated (nitrite) “carbon steel” pan with inner aluminum core and has a plastic coated pan although all metal handle may be available. The oil seasoning (for Carbon pans) I was doing was irrevant for the pans I have and I will stop that treatment. In fact, it might deteriorate the pans nonstick behavior. This ambiguity confused me and I wanted to alert others.

One of my best pan buys.
Loving this pan. Even heat. Easy clean-up and looks great. It’s heavy but not so heavy that I struggle with it. Now it’s time to buy the smaller version.

Bad workmanship, left scratches on a glass cooktop
If I could give zero star, I would! This horrible, expensive frying pan just scratched my brand new stove top! I only had the stove for couple of days and wanted to start cooking with nice, new pan… how stupid of me! Now I have new, scratched glass cooktop and expensive pan that I will never use again. It doesn’t matter that the pan seems sturdy and has a good nonstick coating, when its bottom is not finished properly. It’s not too obviously ruff, we would have noticed that immediately, but some of the dots in the texture have edges sharp enough to make deep scratches in the glass surface. As far as I can remember, this is the worst shopping experience I had - it’s not just about the faulty product and inconvenience of returning it, but that it was made in such a way that it damaged another expensive item! What am I going to do now!? I will return the blasted frying pan, but I can’t return my brand new scratched stove!

Excellent pan so far
Pan is excellent. Disappointed in the near 2 week delay in shipping but that's not a reflection of the pan.

Only omelettes
I like my pan. I only use it for my omelettes. It does well but it is teflon. Understand all that means and you’ll not disappointed

Solid Frying Pan
I like the fact that the pan is PFOA-free. I've made a few dishes so far and the pan heats up fast—definitely faster than All Clad I replaced. It is also much lighter than All Clad. I had to order a second one because the first one arrived with a flat edge from being dropped in transit. There really isn't any form of pan protection inside the box. That said, I worry if it is dropped and lands on a side that it will damage the pan. This won't happen with All Clad because they use a much thicker metal gauge. The pan is easy to clean and the handle is really comfortable. The price was right also for replacing a scratched 12" pan.
