This item is easy to install for anyone who has installed a door handle and lock before. The instructions are clear. KEEP THE INSTRUCTIONS! If you want to add fingerprints, you'll need the instructions, unless you have a great memory.I read a lot of negatives about the battery life. That has not been my experience. I installed this 12/20/24 and it is currently 5/28/25 and I have not changed the batteries yet. Sometimes the unit miscellaneously beeps. It can because of a misread fingerprint or the door not being pulled closed all the way. I have even had some long tones which I thought indicated that the batteries needed to be changed but so far, they are still working very well. I used regular Duracell batteries.When unlocking, make sure you wait for the bolt to fully retract (green light will illuminate) or you can catch it while it is retracting and it will get stuck and then you are in trouble if you do not have the key. I recommend carrying the key with you just in case.Keep in mind that with this unit, you do not get a lock on the doorknob itself, just the deadbolt.I highly recommend this lock.

I Love It! As long as it fits your door measurements, BUY IT. It's easy to program. Didn't take long to install. And, oh my gosh, don't need keys! I installed it on a single wide trailer. Only downside my husband burnt his finger and couldn't use the fingerprint reader for a week. Trust me - this makes life easier by accessing the house with a code or fingerprint.

Speaking of price—the value is amazing. You’re getting fingerprint access, a keypad, auto-lock, and a clean modern look without spending a ton.Once I got through the setup and silenced the beeping, it’s been working perfectly. I have had no issues with this product so far!We set it up with fingerprints, 2 codes, and the key as a just-in-case.Connectivity is great. Just don't close the door while it's locking, it can leave a dent!Highly recommend, and this is coming from a tech nerd.

Easy to install. We purchased another brand and had to send them back twice. This lock was right the first time and works great. No issues so far. Definitely worth my money.

I just installed this product. I thought the original deadlock hole was offset and did not fit this keyless lock. However, I noticed the video on their website showed that you can extended the bolt and put the lock properly over the hole.Bingo! It fit perfectly and the rest of the install was a breeze. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and watch the appropriate video for the specific Lock that your purchased. Quality product. Don’t care for how soft the buttons are, but love the fingerprint option!

We still haven't been able to work the code. Nevertheless, overall we all are satisfied. Looking to purchase reorder for multiples. Quality, durability.

Works well easy to set up. Only thing I didn’t like is the interior cover is black plastic?
