I have used this for a few trips. It holds up to five insulin pens well. I can have a least two insulin vials and a 10 pack of syringes. I freeze the ice packs. It keeps them cold for at least 8- 10 hours. Good for a long trip.Looks great, travels well , small enough to put in a large purse.

I needed this for my insulin pens when I travel. It's sturdy and holds quite a bit. I've only used it once so I can't speak to if it will hold up to the test of time. What I was a bit disappointed in was that the ice packs didn't last as long as expected. They were frozen solid for a few days prior to use. I even put the bag its self in the freezer to make sure it was chilly based on a suggestion I had read. I filled the bag with cold insulin pens that were stored in the refrigerator. And put the ice pack in as instructed. 10 hours later the bag was actually warm. I had it in all air conditioned places until I reached my destination about 10 hours later. I didn't expect the bag to be ice cold at that point however I didn't expect it to be warm either. I expected a cool bag like all the insulated bags I use for other uses. So I need to see if there is a longer way to keep things cold. I will need to check on it periodically.

Seems to be very good quality, well made. Great size for meds (pens) with flat freezer packs to keep them chilled.

Good size. Helps to make diabetic medication and supplies easy to transport.

Well made and plenty of space for the essentials

I bought this case for my son who travels frequently. He said the pros were: thicker ice packs kept the insulin colder longer, it’s larger so you can store more insulin, needles, etc. Cons: it’s heavier, bag gets flagged & checked each time at the airport.
