SteelSeries nova 3
A really great product, I prefer the nova headsets and it is a good headset to be able to replace my old SteelSeries 9x headset that has came to its last breath. Great quality, decent price and may buy another nova headset in the future. Comfy earmuffs.

Fantastic apart from one annoying thing
Software to adjust eq is great, fit and comfort levels are great, sound quality is good and the mice is clear and picks up voice well. The only downside is the cable, it’s a touch too short, stiff and therefore gives unwanted feedback occasionally through the mic.

Brought these for my sons birthday, he chose them himself and is very pleased with the product.

Crackling/popping sound and also audio can randomly cut off when hearing cracks n pops
Let me list the positive aspects of these headphones first, the comfort is great and the overall look of them is beautiful, they felt real good to wear, the mic quality was decent too and I had no issues with that, I also liked the fact you could hide the mic n put it out of sight. When listening to music on YouTube, it had a lot more base compared to my last set (Astro a10) but don't be deceived by the looks and comfort of them, as soon as I hooked them up to my pc and tested to see if they were connected, I was greeted with a weird crackling noise any time I would press the windows volume to see if the sound was working, the actual sound would crackle/cut off as I clicked the volume and from that I knew something was up with them, I still persisted and wanted to test them out more so I opened up YouTube and put some music on and they were fine, no crackles or pops. After that I hopped on some games with my friends (r6) and as I loaded up the game, the first thing I could hear was the menu music cutting out and the same old crackles n pops, so I had to turn off the music because that noise is just annoying, as I navigated through the menu/operators, the exact same sound would happen, I tried seeing if there were any fixes or if I was doing anything wrong but I wasn't, I used the usb c to usb a as the lead wasn't long enough to reach my pc (idk how that could effect the sound quality when in games) it's very annoying as I had high hopes for these headphones, mainly only saw positive comments about them and only a small percentage that were the same/similar issues that I'm having. I just don't understand why the audio is bugged, my other headset is literally 3+ years old and has been used a bunch, like a lot and they are still going strong and provide a 100x better experience compared to this set, I would like to say to anyone who is thinking about getting these, to just not bother and see if you can find another brand because I've done some research on Reddit and there's a lot of other people having similar issues too, regarding the strange crackling and popping sound, it seems as if there's no fix and to be honest, you shouldn't even have to be worrying about these issues when buying a brand new pair of fairly modern gaming headphones, the headphones I have right now have had 0 issues and they have been used almost non stop, I was only buying new ones because the mic had bugged out when in Xbox parties/playing r6, my discord mic quality is fine (strange I know)

Great sound quality
A great headset for the money, very clear sound quality and the mic is crystal clear. It has an app which allows you to control the rgb lights on the headset, the headset is comfortable for short to medium amount of time with gaming but for a long amount of time they do start to become a little uncomfortable. Overall a very good headset for serious gamers.

Good headset BUT....
The headset is great, not issues at all but: at low volume while connected via usb the headset is crackling, popping and you can barely hear something. If you increase the volume there is no issues at all but at low volume like 5-20% the popping comes again. There are few threads on web regarding this problem and hoping we gone have an update to fix this.If you plug it through 3.5mm audio jack the crackling and popping dissapears but no rgb lights, so the issue appears while connected via usb. Apart from that the headset is great.
