I bought this as a transmasc at the recommendation of another transmasc who has had success with it keeping their levels up between T shots. There is a noticable smell, and I cannot confirm any changes yet. I've used it twice, and it made the skin where I applied it feel warm. No redness or reaction, but it's doing something! I'll update on Amazon after a month of use :)

I have measured my testosterone levels (by a competent clinic doctor) before using this and after 3 weeks. The change is so minimal that it’s more like a rounding error. Absolutely doesn’t work.
