I love HEM lavender. It’s a very soft, perfume-like smell not floral or pungent as lavender should be.The amount for the money is spot on and they last for months even for avid burners like me. Burn time is the one thing that isn’t good-it’s very short so I end up lighting about four per day. Sometimes you get some that aren’t rolled well and appear far too thin.They’re black incense so very easy to light. I keep these in stock for aroma therapy & meditation.

I ordered several makes of incense to compare their characteristics. Out of the 5 brands Hem is superior. The fragrance is strong right out of the package & diffuses throughout the room without burning smell & copious smoke that is so common. The scent was all lavender & a joy to experience. When lighting them up they burn easily. The first few I burned lasted 45 minutes; but due to occasional inconsistencies in size some others burned for approximately 30 minutes. I only wish they were thicker & all uniform in size. However, that does not detract from this quality incense. It smells great, burns for a acceptable amount of time, rids the area of unwanted odors, isn’t Smokey & the price is right. In addition it was delivered before the stated date & packaged well to protect the product. HEM stands far above the other incense I recently ordered & others I have used over the years. None had all the elements I mentioned above, except for HEM. I highly recommend this make of incense & this seller.

The smell is so relaxing and i feel it in every room!

I bought this incense a while ago, at the recommendation of someone on a reddit thread.This is a nice incense. It burns for about 30 minutes in an upside-down incense holder in an open window, so the burn time is in a good range for me personally. The smell itself is pleasant, though definitely overpowering for a single room and lingers for hours after it is done burning.My biggest gripe about this incense however, as it was the sole reason I bought it, is that it does NOT smell like lavender, at least not to me. The smell itself is very much a generic incense smell to me, and its difficult to distinguish what you're actually burning. I understand that lavender can be a very difficult scent to work with, especially for something like incense, however I would have preferred a subtle natural scent instead of the overly perfumed version that this product seems to go for. Perhaps I just don't remember what actual lavender smells like, however I have used many different naturally scented products (Pre de Provence, Dr. Bronners, homemade lavender infused oil, etc) that I feel as if I should still be able to recognize it.Overall, this is a good incense, and lasts a long time for the price you buy it at. But if you are looking for something with a lavender overnote, this is NOT the incense for that.
