I’m a woman in my late 60’s and love to garden, manual trimmers we’re getting harder to use with my thumbs and don’t seem to last more than one season. But this product made this years trimming a breeze. Cuts fast and clean, and more precise, a bit heavy but easily manageable. Takes the pace of many of the hand trimming tools I’ve been using. So very happy with this!

Seriously good, highly recommended. Just keep your fingers out of the way. battery life was really good, i pruned for hours and the thing just kept going, only one time did i actually run the thing out of power and by that time i was exhausted anyways. good design and easy to use. not too heavy.

A friend of mine had a similar tool but by Dewalt and I was looking for one but I am in the Craftsman ecosystem. It was great to find out that Craftsman had a similar tool and I purchased this for the purpose of trimming branches and such around the yard. This is a great product and cuts everything. If it is a little thicker, I have to cut the branch multiple times, but that is not a problem. This is a bit heavy with the battery, but when you aren't doing the work, it doesn't cause any fatigue. Only weird thing is the trigger, you have to hold the one trigger and keep it down and then press the other trigger to actuate the clippers. I guess its a safety feature as I would think there is no stopping it once it goes...And I am sure you can lose a finger if you are not careful. Anyway, pricewise, it is great when on sale, but I think it is worth the money as it is easier than trying to force a pair of loppers on a thick branch.

I bought these in April, and they work amazingly. I have used them many times and have cut branches that I thought might be too large to cut, but these small shears did the job. My husband didn't think they would work very well, but he's extremely impressed and even uses them sometimes. I highly recommend these, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Great pruner! Recommend for 1 inch diameter branches. Triple cut needed for thicker branches. 2Ah battery is good enough because I’m not using it continuously. Only 1 second burst. Take breaks after 5 branches or switch arm. Thinned out three 20 foot trees. It will cut off your finger. So be careful. I don’t like the safety trigger. However, I do understand why.

This is a must have for anyone that prunes limbs off of trees. I have a torn rotator cuff on my right shoulder, so it’s painful to use those three foot long pruners. These also allow you to get into tight spaces where the long one are blocked by other limbs. It makes cutting the limbs into manageable sizes so easy, I pruned everything I could find and even cut back some of my neighbors bushes and trees! Everyone should buy these!

I’m a senior citizen that enjoys gardening but my arthritis prevents me from doing too much pruning. These do a great job and it’s not too heavy for me. I’m very happy and I recommend this item. Plus, it’s Craftsman so it’s a trusted brand. Works like magic and cuts big branches like butter!!!

Very good tool. It does the job efficiently, saves a huge amount of time compared to manual pliers, and is well worth its price.
