These are about a quarter of an inch thick. They are sturdy. The bracket in the back where the Fasteners go is too wide for both Fasteners to go into a stud. I put one Fastener in a stud and the next fastener with a heavy duty Wall anchor. I made a three shelf system out of 3/4" solid Oak boards with drawers and doors and it ended up weighing well over 200 lb. This thing is holding it up just great. I did use six of them three at the top three of the bottom. I will buy them again if I make something else that heavy.

I made some shelves for my skoolie and these were strong and sturdy! Super cute and functional! I would buy them again!

These are heavy duty brackets that came with the necessary hardware to install. Very nice alternative to a traditional floating bracket which doesn't hold much.

Very high quality. The house will fall down before these brackets fail. You have to see them to truly appreciate what these are. I'm an engineer who is very critical of what I purchase and these brackets are beyond my expectations. You will not be disappointed. Only issue as always is the hardware and the anchors. You will not be disappointed with them either as they are junk as expected.

Good product. Easy to install. I appreciated both type of drywall anchors. The screws worked perfectly.Our shelf was 1 and 3/4 inches thick so we wanted a study bracket. Worked great.

These shelf brackets are easy to install. Be sure to use your level along the way!! Just need to stain my shelves and screw them in now. Coffee bar loading……..
