Making this by scratch is a pain this gave authentic Chinese flavor to the pork in my fried rice . A little goes a long way so for me it’s a bargain

Cooked spare ribs in crockpot with the Char-Sue sauce added medium heat for 6 hours then 5-10 minutes under broiler. Fall off the bone delicious.
