Soothes the colon, and causes regular, full sized bowel movements. I have never found another product that does this. Eurogenics label shows the same ingredients and the same amounts, however, the capsule is larger and tastes different, so there must be additional ingredients. This company calls it the same thing, but it is not. It is extremely irritating to the colon, and causes small diameter and softer stool, even close to diahrrea at times.
