Our steps extend when you open your RV door, and retract when you close your RV door automatically. This feature can be over ridden with the power switch at the door to keep the steps in the extended position while at the RV Park. The ignition safety switch will retract your steps if you forget. Self lubricating bushings do not need maintenance, and shoulder bolts (not rivets) reduce the torque on the electric motor for easy operation. Weather proof wiring and connectors prevent shorts and corrosion in the 12-volt system. Easily mounts and replaces other popular brands of electric RV steps. Great product!
This was the exact replacement for my 2007 Newmar Ventana 3933 exterior step motor. As with most things that go wrong with RV’s, I was expecting a very expensive and difficult repair. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the ease of the repair. In less than 30 minutes, I had my steps working like brand new! I know some people have claimed that the steps were noisy, but I actually think this motor is quieter than the factory step motor. I’ve had the motor on for about a month now and it’s still working like new. If anything changes, I’ll update my review.

Great product
Used to replace the TV lift in my fifth wheel. Was an exact replacement. Worked and got perfectly. Very happy.

RV Step Motor
It was the same motor that came with the steps. The only difference was the receptacle. The only thing I had to do was get a matching receptacle. The motor went in without any problems and works great.

Perfect fit
I would give this motor 5 stars, but it still has a weak link. However it was a perfect fit and I guess if you have to change one every 7 years (that is how long my last one went), I guess that is pretty good.
