Fun little toy
My daughter loves this. It's got excellent battery life, is a compact size, good quality and the buttons are easy to press.

Nostalgic
Bought for my daughter for Christmas. It's definitely nostalgic. However I also expected the sounds, functionality I.e. button function and design to be better quality given how many years they have been around. Unfortunately I don't see this good value for what it is. The battery However is good.

Wanting to show the nieces and nephews a modern childhood toy of mine. I ended up buying one for myself too... I loved my old Tamagotchi (I gave my old one to a neighbour kid during the first lockdown to help keep her semi entertained) and as she moved away along with my Tamagotchi, I just had to get another one! Love it!

Doesn’t work properly
Not how I remember them, poor quality, was given to a niece for Christmas, very excited but the buttons were hard to press, would have returned this but she has damaged it trying to push the buttons

Small and loud
The Tamagotchi is very small, the screen is even smaller, there is no backlight so it is not easy to see what’s happening, it is extremely loud and keep beeping if you don’t play with it. You can’t turn off the volume or put it on sleep mode. I definitely regret buying it.
