This is a quality backpack with great organizational compartments. The colors are vibrant and the the popular unicorn design is fun. It is sturdy, yet still lightweight. And, the company is proactively involved in making sure you are happy with their product. I received an e-mail because they were concerned about the delivery since they were having issues in that department. I was very impressed. Online shopping can be impersonal. This company brings back customer care and quality insurance to the online experience. I received this backpack on time as promised and in perfect condition. My granddaughter is going to love it!

This is a cute little backpack. With the way it shipped there was a crease in the front but hopefully it won't be permanent. The smaller size is perfect. It's light and not overwhelming to a small child but you can still fit quite a bit inside. It's compartments are nice. I can fit my 5 year old's shoes, rolled up snowpants, and lunchbox in the wider back one then folders and paper in the center. The front is good for things like gloves, markers, etc. It's made better than several I've seen. I don't know that this would be durable enough to last long term but for the price I'd just like it to survive the rest of this school year and I think it will.

My daughter fell in love with this backpack for school. I ordered it and very shortly after received an email from the seller JOJOOKIDS, following up with me saying that they had been having trouble with packages being mishandled and were personally following up with every order to ensure customer satisfaction and asked that I respond to the email with the state of my package when I received it. I ordered on July 29 and received the package on August 5. It was in great condition and I replied and let them know that. Within minutes I received an email back from them thanking me for responding. The backpack was in perfect condition and is very very good quality. Heavy duty and bright pink color as shown in the picture. Unicorn graphic was exactly as shown...perfect quality. I am ecstatic with the product and the customer service I received was top of the line!! I highly recommend JOJOOKIDS to all!!

Got this as a present for my daughter. She already has the matching pencil box so when I saw there was a backpack too, it was a no brainer. She loooooves it! She can't wait to use it for school once winter is over and she doesn't have to lug around snow pants & boots every day. I was actually surprised by how spacious it is. She was able to pack all of her belongings for a trip out of town for the weekend, plus some additional toys and her tablet. The material feels very durable and well made. The straps are comfortable and strong ( I found myself carrying it a couple times for her) We are very happy with it! It is just as adorable as it looks in the pictures!

I ordered the Princess with the Unicorn backpack. Recieved it in a timely matter, the back pack appears to be made really well, not at all flismy. Many pockets, durable zippers and comfortable snaps. My daughter is in love with this backpack. On a slight sad note it came with a broken snap. This snap however doesnt effective the backpack usage in any way. I contacted the company, a card was sent stating if I had issues to contact them. So I emailed the company, and was happy that I recieved a reply with sincerity. I was given 2 options, return for a full refund or replacement, or keep it, and get 15$ back. I chose the 15$ back as my daughter wont want to part with this adorable backpack. Also this backpack is the perfect size for her, shes 5 going into kindergarten, I would say it would work for 1rst grade. Its not big enough for my 2nd grader for sure.

We’re in the month of November and it’s held up great! Durable and so cute— my son is in kindergarten so it’s been able to withstand the chaos. Def recommend!

Great quality. Lots of compartments for different items. Easily fits folders, cold weather gear, and water bottle. Good size for preschooler and older.

I let my five year old search amazon for her kindergarten backpack. She loved this one and it had such good reviews. So we ordered! It arrived quickly It is adorable. Everything about it is good quality. The stitching, the zippers (has leather pulls), the material, the padded straps. It has a ton of compartments. She loaded it up with her new lunchbox and all of the school supplies. It all fit comfortably with room to spare It’s a nice size and the shoulder straps are cushioned and comfortable The water bottle holder has plenty of room Customer service? They reached out to me just to make sure it arrived in perfect condition Highly recommend !!!
