Great healthy supplement!

These seem to work great. They don’t upset my stomach and they are easy to take. They seem to be helping my blood sugar levels. I stopped taking my daily insulin and started taking supplements. I take one with each meal. They don’t taste like anything. I recommend these for anyone wanting to try cinnamon for their blood sugar levels. You might not get the same results as me, as everyone’s body is different. But I do recommend them.
