Q: Does the tray that holds the keyboard tilt?

It tilts after unlocking a lever on the underside.

Q: Can the chair mount detach and attach easily?

The arm holding the keyboard and mouse can, but the chair mount is bolted on to the chair, and cannot be easily removed.

Q: What are the measurement the columns need to be or does it work on any chair?

I don't have the measurements but it probably will work on most chairs. I'm not sure I would recommend this item. There is an inner plastic bushing and an outer metal clamp. I installed the bracket and tightened the bolts very tight and over a relatively short period of time the bushing worked its way out and I had to reinstall the system. I have had to do this 4 times now and finally I have given up and stopped using it.

Q: Will this fit any gaming chair?

I have to be honest, this product installed properly on my gaming chair, but it sucked for every purpose I used it for, gaming, school, and every other use. On a scale from 1-10 I give ot a big fat 0. I hope the manufacturer sees this review and makes a better product in the future. I never got a refund either.
