this wrap is pretty thick so you’ll need extra heat for it to adhere properly, the carbon looks really legit and shows it’s weaves under light, good stuff.

I purchased another cheaper carbon vinyl wrap first and was very disappointed at its adhesion, stretch, and just general look after instal. The stuff just wouldn’t stretch or bend and I started just using it as a ‘sticker’ on flat surfaces… but even that didn’t work very well as the adhesion was sub par.I decided to give the carbon wrap one last shot and ordered this slightly more expensive roll. My intention is to use this primarily to wrap 3D printed parts… and boy does this stuff work! It sticks like a champ, gets super stretchy and flexible when you heat it and looks super close to the real thing! I will be ordering more.

Does scratch semi easily, but looks like high quality glossy carbon fiber. Does require heat to warp to form. Doesn’t stick or stay by itself must use an adhesive of some sort to seal down the edges. Has had some issues with uncurling at the edges but if you leave enough it’ll be hidden.

Received quick. Great product and was easy to use. Not expensive at all. Will order more again.

Arrived in a timely manner, & I was happy with the look, weave, and ease of install as this is my third time ordering this companys products. However my wrap arrived with pretty obvious glue lines, & in the future i might try another brand.

Recently purchased this to wrap a item & woah did it look amazing. You honestly can't tell it's wrap ,if you didn't know it was you would think it's real carbon fiber.

I gave this product a try as i wanted a high gloss finish but this vinyl wrap does not work for curves and less adhesive. I've used other vinyl wraps and have done tons of car interior using primarily 3M and other no name brands and and by far this is the worse of the worse. I've used 3M primer and after 3 days, the curve started lifting. DO NOT BUY!!!

Described exactly as vivvids website. The wrap is good quality and easy to work with has good stretch and doesn’t rip or disturb the pattern even with a good amount of stretch used for side mirrors and was an easy install with a heat gun.

Received item ok but there is a scratch through about 12/14 inches wanted to return it but it has to go back to the USA from the uk

Used this for my car mirrors, and as it got wet it looked holographic, and it faded out in no time, probably better for interior as i sealed all the edges when i fitted it but still affected by water...to expensive for the way it failed

I'm pretty picky with all the carbon fiber vinyls out in the market. I've used 3M Dinoc before but that was more to capture the dry weave look (where you can feel the weave). However, this one I believe is the closest match to closed weave style of CF that you see in most cars. This was an identical match to the carbon fiber package in my BMW. It's great for wrapping headrests or other parts that may not be covered by the CF package your car maker offers.However, I did say with ONE caveat. And by no means is it the fault of the company. This film is for indoor use only. While it might not expressly state it in the Amazon ad, if you go to the VVIVID website and read up on this, it does clearly state that fact. If you look at my pics I decided to use it to do my B-pillars as I found the gloss black was getting scratched up. While it looked great on a sunny day, things turned quite different when it rained. (See 2nd photo). As already stated, it does not like the elements. I couldn't bear to see what would happen in the winter so I peeled it off after a few weeks. Other than the rain it held up quite well and would dry out after but I figured that would only worsen over time.It's stunning vinyl and I find it be one of the best matches ever. Since it was meant for indoor application, I ended up using it to cover the seat backs of my car. I think they came out amazing. Shout out to Lam Le (on youtube) who has a great video showing him installing on some Porsche seat backs. That's where I got the idea to do it. So instead of buying $1000 CF 'backs' that tape over the seat, I did this for $50. I think if you put both side by side you'd have a tough time figuring out the difference. It's so smooth and shiny that they really pop.
