Our camera constantly disconnects from the mount. Everytime we open the app it says disconnected. We have to go wiggle the camera on the stand and it comes back online. It is not stable at all and falls off the mount regularly and we're scared it's going to fall on our babies head. The temperature and humidity setting never works for us. We tried all the tips and tricks Nanit support said to do. Still no luck. Nanit support communication takes days with little to no help so far on our warranty request. They just keep coming back with more questions and telling us it could we a wifi problem which it's not when the camera constantly comes unplugged from the stand. Also the app wouldn't let us proceed until we bought the insights plan due to a glitch. We ended up buying the plan just to find out you can't get insights with the flex stand. What a waste of money this whole Nanit system was. We love the idea of it but either ours is defective or this product is horrible.

We’ve been using the Nanit Travel Light Bundle for a week now, and honestly, I wish we had gotten it sooner. We travel pretty often to visit family and needed something reliable but easy to set up—and this bundle nails it. The camera quality is amazing (way better than our old monitor), and I love being able to check in on our baby from my phone no matter where I am. The sound machine and night light are nice extras we didn’t think we’d use much, but now we rely on them every night. Yes, it’s a bit of an investment, but for the peace of mind and convenience it brings while traveling, it’s 100% worth it. I have 2 nanits one for my toddler and one for my baby. My son the premium subscription ended and I did not pay for the upgrade but even with the included features its an amazing camera. I like to pay for the memories plan while they are little because the videos and memories are so cute, you’ll thank me later when they are big that you paid for it, watching them grow day by day :)

Nanit products are tricky and finicky. They are not easy or quick to configure, which is particularly bothersome if you travel a lot and take it with you, which we do. Every time there is a network change, there's trouble. It will sometimes throw a fit and decide to not work, or be very blurry for a few days. And of course, there's the fact that not only you pay a lot for the camera, but they also bombard you with messages to get you to pay for additional services and subscriptions. The built-in white noise options are not very pleasant, and when you try to speak through it the voice comes in creepy and really scares our daughter, so that's two features we don't use. Despite all this, we love our camera and don't imagine living without it (until we tried a similar one that probably works better, but... why bother) We even gave one as a present to friends who just gave birth, so I guess we nevertheless think very highly of this product.

The best camera. Picture and sound quality is incredible. Zoom feature is even better. NIght vision is great. Exactly what we were looking for and more.

I love this camera. It gave me so much peace of mind when my daughter was younger with the belly bands. The night vision on this camera is great and the camera quality is perfect. It was very easy to set up as well. I love that I can watch from anywhere with my app.

The only monitor worth buying. I have purchased 2 now (one for each son. New split screen feature allows you to watch both monitors at once. Great to travel with although hotels without wifi passwords will not work.

The Nanit is absolutely awesome! My Son is now 10 months old, and this camera has given endless peace of mind since the day he was born. The breathing belt still fits perfectly and gives peace of mind during sleep training. My wife needed to know that it actually works and we tested it with a breathing doll. The alarm sounds very loudly when no breathing is detected. You can sleep knowing that your baby will be alive when you wake up in the morning. It's not necessary to worrie and check that your baby is breathing. I can not stress this enough, get this monitor!

The product description says 1year of insights are included. Turns out they're not...and even if they were, the app don't provide insights if you use the Flexi stand (which is what is included in the box). Poor (misleading?) labelling...the product is NOT what the description says.

We have two for each of our kids, fantastic monitor with every feature imaginable. we love the split screen feature to be able to see both kids.

My daughter loves this item. Just bought her another one for second child as she is still using first one with first child.
