Fabriano Artistico Aquarelle is an excellent product and mainstay in my art supply.

DISAPPOINTED. This is NOT extra white. It's the same color as other less inexpensive pads.
I purchased this pad for one reason, and one reason only. It is advertised as being "extra white". It is NOT. I have much cheaper pads that are the exact same color (one was even whiter!) than this pad. In addition the paper size is 7" x 10". Why cheap out? Make it a standard 8" x 10". I'm extremely unhappy that I spent money on a pad that is not what it's supposed to be. In addition, even a little scrubbing/lifting mars the paper. I have cheaper pads that work much better. I would never purchase this again.

Water doesn't soak in
I felt the water didn't soak in as well as with more expensive papers which causes blooms. Probably a better painter would have more luck with this paper.

I like the blocks, good to take on trip or plei. Air. Also like Fabriano and its vegan

Great quality
I was reluctant to buy this because I am a beginner at watercolor. BUT this paper makes a big difference -- makes me feel more accomplished!
