Ryse is always great. My fav is the Sunny D flavor, but it wasn’t available so I tried out the lemonade. It mixes well and not too sweet.

This stuff is really strong and I feel as if it’s hard to chug down but definitely taste good and you can tell the Kool-aid taste in the background. It’s easy to mix

I love RYSE products. This supplement provides a nice energy lift without a crash. I like that it enhances focus during my workouts. I feel dialed in and able to push harder, which makes a real difference, especially on tough days. Flavor is great and the price is reasonable.

Great taste, mixes nicely, also blends with IV hydration for next level flavor combos.

It tastes just like kool aid but I use half scoop bc I think the flavor is too strong

Bought this being a fan of Ryse products. Opening the canister and was instantly hit with a smell of regret. Tastes nothing like tropical punch, it’s grainy and just feels off. Opt for country time lemonade or Ghost BCAAS

The taste takes some getting used to But I really enjoy the effects

Es bastante dulce, no se pinta de color rosa o rojo pero está muy bueno, llego antes y bien empacado🙏🏻

Ten cuidado este es un bca y no pree entreno y cuando intentss hacer el reclamo no te dejan devolverlo es dinero tirado a la basura además trae una etiqueta en la que especifica que puede provocar cancer

Si, es bastante efectivo a la hora de sentir ese boost de energía, concentración y "motivación" a la hora de hacer ejercicio o actividades similares. Use como como 1/2 cucharada y fue mas que suficiente para mi, no me quito el sueño como otros pre works como el del payaso y lo considero mucho mejor que otros solo por eso. El sabor es dulce así que comienza de poco a poco y con abundante agua. Los efectos del 1/2 scoop me duraron como 4 hrs, se siente bien ese boost y poco a poco va bajando esa sensación. Te recomiendo que empieces con café, pastillas de cafina (cafeina anhidra creo que se llama) antes de este tipo de productos por su precio y demás cosas que le meten. Descansen bien, coman lo que necesiten para su objetivo y sean constantes con el ejercicio, estas cosas no son magia y por eso no son indispensables, es solo marketing.
