I ordered the ToAuto melter for my small candle business. Upon initially receiving it, I had some issues with it overheating. I reached out to ToAuto support and they were very responsive and quickly resolved my issue by sending me a new melter. The new melter works great. It heats quickly, melts the wax thoroughly without overheating and stabilizes the temperature while I work on multiple candle projects. It’s a great product and highly recommended. I’m very happy with this TOAUTO 10-pound wax melter. The capacity is perfect for producing multiple candles at once without having to melt wax in small batches. The pouring spout is very convenient, allowing for a steady and fast flow with no drips or clogs. The temperature control works great, keeping the wax at the desired temperature throughout the process. Plus, it’s very easy to clean thanks to the non-stick interior coating. The kit includes very useful extras: I received long mixing sticks, wick stickers, and metal wick holders, which make the preparation process much easier. Definitely recommended for both beginners and small candle business owners.

So at first I was worried because there was a clog. I make salve and candles so I was concerned my ingredients were too thick. I contacted customer service and they immediately helped me. They even walked me through every detail so I could fix the problem and stop it from happening again. They made sure I had everything I needed and gave me options to make it up to me. I didn't feel pressured to leave a 5 star review. I'm leaving on because the customer service is phenomenal and the product works. It heats up quickly and efficiently, it can handle a lot at once. I also am excited to finally be able to pour without needing to dirty up 4 more containers to do so. I'm really happy with my purchase and hope to add to the collection when I have enough room to expand my business more! It's also easy to use, especially for someone like me, who has disabilities and issues with their hands. From unpacking to set up, I didn't feel like I had to work hard to actually use this product. I'm really happy with my purchase!

Mine came looking like it was used but I submitted a request and the company reached out to me to make it right. It had some weird debris coming out of it at first, but I wiped it out as best as I could and it seems to be better. Overall the functionality of it is good and I haven’t had any issues with it heating the wax. It’s pretty quick and keeps it at an even temperature too

I bought this for my small business, it works great. Melts fast and I never have any issues with temp. The small pour spout keeps the wax from going everywhere. I have actually scaled up to a larger unit from this same brand cause it works so well and I use this smaller one for wax melts and the 35lb one for my candle wax.

I upgraded from a small warmer to this & I'm in love! It arrived quickly, packaged great! Loaded my wax, melted fine, temperature is good. I have used this 3 times now it pours great spout/ handle are good and easy to use! I'm making way more candles easier. Easy to clean. Can't beat the value for the money! Definitely a game changer for my little candle business

I love this machine, it saves me a ton of time on making my candles. The only downside is you have to add 10 degrees to the 185 setting to make sure you’re wax doesn’t get to hot.
