Purchased this quickly and happy with how good everything looks and functions.

While installing this expensive shower kit and testing it. The tub fixture leaks water from the back, no matter how many times I try to reinstall it, water comes out the back end of the fixture. There are two plastic washers and one rubber washer that fits over the copper pipe, but it does not keep the water from leaking out the back. What is the point of paying more for "good" brand just to get terrible product design. So infuriating. And now with Amazon's closed window return policy I am stuck with this overpriced piece of crap. I also second what the other reviewers mentioned. Why are these pieces plastic for $180??? Kohler you can do better. As consumers we expect better.

Love the look of this set. Everything was just thrown in the box so fingers crossed everything works. Tub won't be here for a couple more weeks.

like plastic plastic. its super light and cheap and metal imitation. this is like worth $20 why tf are they selling it for $170
