If you use a CPAP you need this
I ordered this to use with a battery that has a 12 volt hook up and with the van, and it works great, the CPAP runs all night on one charge of the battery, and then the battery charges back up with a solar panel, so prepared for a power outage or if I want to go camping.

Worked Perfectly
Paired with a 50 Ahr LiPO4 battery for camping. Got 3 days w/o issue and had more juice to go.

Perfect Fit, Form & Function for CPAP
Replaces a Very Expensive OEM 12 volt adapter for CPAP Philips Respironics REMstar Pro C-Flex machine. We Dry Camp a lot and last trip the OEM one broke where the wires meet the plug into the CPAP. This replacement from CASIMY works 100% PLUS it looks much better than the OEM.

Works perfect with my ResMedPlus CPAP
This works great for me.It comes with two sizes of power connectors. I used the adapter for the smaller connector on my machine. It comes with a couple of spare fuses. To replace the fuse simply unscrew the end of the 12V plug to access the old fuse.

It works but...
On the description says that it has Overvoltage protection, but not really. Dreammachine is very finicky with voltage and anything over 14v or so it will throw the check power code. My indented purpose was to run it with a power bank that happens to put out 16.8v when fully charged, so my Cpap will trow a code. Also on my truck it runs fine with the battery. but if I turn my truck on idle to charge battery it will get the power error. I did a bench test and when power supply is 16.8 v the cable at the jack will put out 14.8-15 v, enough to send the cpap on error. If you have a reliable/stable 12-14v power supply this may be you solution(Be advised that most 12v battery banks run on the 14v + range when fully charged).Found a cable that seems to have a 12v stabilizer for a few dollars more, giving it a try. If that doesn't work, I will make my own with a generic voltage stabilizer on it.
