nice, work good. I did have a problem with the product before, but after contacting the customer service, the send instructions how to fix it.

Update: Still very happy with this system for the cost, but it doesn't do all that I thought it could initially. A Williams sound receiver will pick up the transmission from these transmitters, but these receivers will not pick up they Williams transmission as they need to connect somehow. I've done very limited testing as this just came today, but I am excited by what I confirmed, so I'm reviewing now!! This system is compatible with higher end Assistive Listening systems in the US that operate on the designated 72-76mhz bands. I haven't been able to figure out exactly how the channels correspond yet, but they do work together. I was using a manually tuned Williams Sound R37. The Williams Receiver got decent sound from a greater distance than the TIVDIO ones, and I don't have my Williams transmitter handy yet, but that's the next test.

This product is very reliable. good quality. I use it for interpreting. Works fantastic. Keep an external power bank with you too in case you expect to use them for over 5 hours.

Inexpensive but has served me well as a court interpreter. Cannot compare with the high end ones, quality wise, which cost way more.

It works for about 5 or 10 or 15 minutes if you are lucky I gave 2 stars because when it works its great Value. I have to constantly restart and change receivers Not worth the hustle

[Contact the seller if you encounter any issue with this product. They will go out of the way to assist.] I bought this set in 2020 during COVID-19, and could only used it totally about 10+ times. It was aesthetic, and seemed to work well. But after a few first uses, the buzzing/static sound started and my listeners complained of headache. I tried multiple ways to fix the issue: changing channel, turning it off then back on, adding greater distance between transmitter – receivers, and even purchasing a brand new receiver (as showed in the photo). I stopped using it. And when I contacted Amazon, they informed me my guaranty period was over so they couldn't assist. Recently (Jan 2023), I googled Retekess website and emailed them about the issue. Their customer service staff was super helpful and polite. I showed them my Amazon order, and they suggested different ways to fix the transmitter/receivers. Eventually I suggested to pay the return shipping for them to have my brand-new-looking set including the extra receiver. Their technicians could easily fix and turn them back to sale and I couldn't use them anyway... Long story short, I then received an email from Retekess / Support-Amazon staff who suggested to send me a brand new set. They turned down my offer to return the current set. And since they were out-of-stock in the US, they were eager to sending it by fast courier from China. Last week, I received the new set from Retekess. And they are working pretty well. I am glad I reached out to Retekess before posting a negative review. (BTW to save you some google time, their email is [email protected])

I purchased one transmitter and three receivers. The sound cuts in and out, the connection isn't consistent, and after the first use, they wouldn't connect again. One works after switching channels, two don't connect at all. I asked a question, did what I was told, and they still don't work. I got a message to contact the company for help, which OBVIOUSLY, I just did. Very unhappy with this purchase. I have wasted time, money, shown up for public speaking and had them fail again, after the first time. I have tried again and again, watched videos, and nothing works. Horrible, do not buy them.

I bought this product 1 year ago. It has helped me tremendously with my work as an interpreter. It’s light weight and user friendly. What I’m impressed most is their customer service. I reached out with an issue, their after-sale team (Angela) responded within several hours and came up with a solution, and followed up in the next days to make sure that my problem had been resolved. I am very impressed! I highly recommend their products, because the quality and value, and also their superb customer service! Thumbs up!
