Purchased this product a few months ago and completed the full course exactly as instructed. Unfortunately, I saw no measurable change in appetite, energy, or weight. For me, the outcome was identical to taking nothing at all. One thing I did notice is the unusual pattern in the review section. There are a lot of photos of different people all holding the bottle in almost identical poses. I’ve never seen that level of repetition with any other product I’ve bought on Amazon, so it stood out to me. I can only speak for my own experience, but my results didn’t match the more dramatic feedback shown.

This is REALLY good! I wasn’t really expecting much, but the energy it gives is really helping me as a stay at home mum! Highly recommend. I am also sleeping a lot better.

UPDATED - Now on day 5 of taking them. Chose to ride it out. No longer feeling shaky. These definitely curb my appetite. Will continue and update as/when i increase to 2 a day as currently only taking 1. Not quite sure about these. I feel quite shaky and my heart is beating fast all day. Only on day 3 of taking them. Will see if the same tomorrow and if so I don't think I can tolerate them unfortunately. It's suppressed my appetite but I don't like the shaky feeling. Not sure if its the caffeine content or my blood sugars

Easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and definitely helps curb cravings. I feel more energized and focused, which makes it easier to stick to my routine. Works best alongside diet and exercise but gives that extra push.

Only on day 2 of taking these so can't really leave a good review. I have noticed I get bad heartburn in the evening, the pills are easy to take, taste of nothing. I'm only on 1 tablet a day ATM, will review again after a few weeks.

NB!!!! USE THIS WITH EXERCISE AND HEALTHY EATING TO SEE RESULTS So I have bought this product a few times and to say that it worked would be an understatement. I hate preworkout so I wanted something that had a high caffeine content but still helped with my appetite (as I know that that’s why have gained so much weight). And it did. I started taking these last year November and I have lost (to date) 10kg. This is with portion control and running as I was training for a half-marathon. The side-effects took some time to get used too but I just increased my water intake to help manage my tummy turning. My energy has increased and I don’t dread going to exercise!!

I was searching for an over-the-counter product to suppress my appetite. SMART WEIGHTO really helped me to adjust my diet to lose a few pounds, but I didn't expect that it would give me more energy! I get a serious boost of energy from them and it helped me to double my training session times which led to a faster fat loss. I did however take only one capsule all the time and did not increase the dosage to two. Be also mindful of how much caffeine or other stimulants you consume throughout the day in total.
